Olga Medvedko

All administrative, management and operational responsibilities are vested in the Executive Director. ED handles RACS business plan and DAS programs contracts, bookkeeping and maintenance, hires and supplies orders, to name a few. She supervises work execution to ensure that all is in the compliance and runs smoothly and efficiently.

Vladimir Krilov

A Chef of the highest level, with a specialization in Eastern European cuisine. Manages 6 kitchen staff, composes the menus, monitors the high quality and taste of the food.

Fundraising and Outreach Manager

Andrey Krylov

Responsible for securing financial support for our programs and services, cultivating relationships with potential donors and partners, organizing and executing fundraising events, and promoting our programs and services to the community. Have strong communication skills, a passion for community service, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. We trust in his ability to make a positive impact in our organization.

Home Delivered Meals Intake and Assessment Coordinator
Nutrition Services Coordinator

Anna Possokhova

Handles all Home Delivered Meals, Clients’ Annual At-Home Assessments for qualification for the program, including Initial DAS cleared intake assessment of new clients and existing enrolled clients; Provides translation and distribution of Nutrition Education and other educational materials to Congregate and HDM clients; Responsible for Menu cycle and Monthly menu, approval and production in collaboration with our contracted Registered Dietitian and our Chef.

Home Delivered Meals Deliveries Coordinator

Tatiana Lysenko

Manages meal deliveries to RACS homebound clients from scheduling and issuing daily delivery route lists to recording and reporting meals served for RACS, and as required by the Department of Disability and Aging Services. Coordinates and supervises delivery drivers contact person for HDM all delivery questions and concerns.

Congregate Meals and Activities Coordinator

Vera DuBois

Prepares a schedule of activities and personally conducts all activities during Congregate Meal service hours. Tracks the schedule of all visitors to the dining room and helps each of them with issues related to the menu and the receipt of nutrition services. Coordinates daily Congregate meal service process, from the reservations and greeting our clients in the dining room, to supervising meal service and reporting meals served to the DAS.

Home Delivered Groceries program Coordinator

George Chrebtow

Manages interaction with the San Francisco Marin Food Bank and monitors the fulfillment of orders. Conducts personal checks of clients of the Home Delivered Groceries program. Collects data and keeps a table of routes and program clients.

Driver/ Home Delivered Meals Driver substitute

Roman Li

Responsible for delivering hot and frozen meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the community, ensuring that the meals are delivered on time and in good condition. Dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.

Nick Howard

Prepares and cooks high quality meals that meet dietary needs and preferences. Also assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and adhere to food safety standards. In the event of a driver absence, he can deliver meals to seniors, ensuring timely and proper delivery. We trust in his ability to provide delicious and nourishing meals to our clients while also being a reliable and responsible member of our transportation team.
